Fly Being Tied: PNW Munker
You Will Need:
If using a ProTube system:
- Nano tube
- Flexi bead
If using traditional tubing:
- 3mm tubing
- 1.8mm tubing
- A brass bead that fits over the 3mm tubing (Skeena river fly supply sells these)
Materials:
- Flat silver tinsel (tag)
- Flouro fibre hot pink (tail)
- Peacock herl (butt)
- Black cock hackle or saddle hackle
- Blue flat braid
- Fine silver tinsel (rib)
- Brass bead (or flexibead)
- Blue accent flash
- Long blue dyed pheasant rump hackle (could use good quality schlappen as a sub)
- Orange shrimp eyes (Aqua Flies sells nice ones)
- Black rabbit zonker
- Holographic blue and pink flashabou
- Black deer belly hair or black deer spinning hair
